Ingredients
  

1 lb seasoned ground beef

  • 6 slices of using pre-cooked bacon chopped

1 can crescent roll dough

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or Velveeta cubes

2 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp diced pickles, optional

  • Classic burger condiments like ketchup or bbq sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • In a skillet, brown one pound of ground beef; cook the ground beef until no pink remains.

Stir in crumbled bacon, a tablespoon of ketchup, and a pinch of pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let the mixture rest.

  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough, roll the dough into a single sheet, then roll up the dough around the filling.

Carefully roll the filled dough into a rectangle, then dough into a log shape.

  • Slice into 1-inch pieces, place the rollups on a greased baking sheet, and top with a bit of bacon and cheese.

Bake in the oven to 375°F for preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until golden.
